The food lineup includes Chef Javier Blanc from Paella Guys and Casa Molina, Chef Vish Mayekar from Elem, Chef Ben Lim from Lunch Lady, Chef Maria Ponce from Chupito, and fresh oysters from our friends at Seven Seas. For drinks, enjoy a selection of wine and beer from Plato Ferments, Pamplemousse Jus, 33 Acres, Main Street Brewing, and Superflux. Spirits will be provided by Sons of Vancouver, Tequila Don Julio, and Beverage Collective. The bar will be taken over by the amazing Winnie Sun from Elem and other guest bartenders.
